Many children had a blanket or a toy - do you have a comfort object as an adult?

I know I had a toy when I was young that would make me feel comfortable specially when I was in preschool... As an adult... I think that as long as I was my phone with me at all time I am ok. If my phone is disconnected or not inmy sight or whatever I feel lost... or my mini notebook which I carry every where but I know for sure I can rely on my phone more...
